Children are a valuable part of our community and are welcome at most of our church activities.  Here’s what we have that is aimed at them specifically:

Each program is described below.

On Sunday mornings, at 10:15, (alongside our second service) we offer an environment created just for kids! Children’s ministry is geared to toddlers up to year 6, with young high schoolers welcome if they’d prefer to worship with the kids rather than in the sanctuary. A bible story is explored each week through bible reading songs, games and crafts.

You will be asked to sign your child in and sign them out when you collect them after the service. You may stay with your child to help them get comfortable before leaving. Please bring a piece of fruit or veg which will be served to the children with water.

Prep children and older are invited to come to the service for singing alongside the congregation and then will be taken over to the hall with their leaders. Please sign them in as you enter the service and introduce them to their leader, who will be at the front doors.

If you have any queries regarding our Children’s Ministry program, kindly contact Margaret Devete for more information.

Parents are invited to bring their preschoolers to join in themed crafts, stories, singsongs and time to connect with other parents. Tea and coffee is provided and morning tea for the adults is provided by parents through a rostered system. Playgroup runs Thursdays, 9:30-11am during the school terms. Our hall is air conditioned.

There are also yearly camp opportunities that are now being held at new locations!

More details to come soon about our yearly church family camp, a presbytery wide youth camp for high school students, and a presbytery wide kids camp for kids in years 3-6.
